Hi Hi!
My name is Kacey Rae and I’m so excited you’re here! I’m a photographer currently based in Virginia but LOVE any excuse to travel.
Born and raised in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, my love for photography started with capturing the details of nature around me. In high school I was encouraged to take a photo class and fell in love with photographing people’s stories too. Nature is a small part of what inspires the way that I photograph every session. I aim to shoot more documentary style, capturing all the little details and moments that are unique and authentic to your family, business or love story.
When I’m not out searching for the perfect location for our shoot, exploring nature or being active , you can find me at any local coffee shop sipping on espresso over ice while editing photos. I’m also wildly in love with dance, art, and (well, lets just be honest! ) ALL things creative.
Two mantras I live by are “embrace every moment of the journey” and “find beauty in everything”.
